Mariners Garden, Looe
When a large bulge appeared in the quay wall to Mariners Garden, it was feared that the wall would collapse into the river. JLA devised a comprehensive repair scheme which minimised disruption.

Carnewas Mine Shaft
The former Carnewas Mine Shaft began opening up causing a large hole in the corner of a field. Work permanently to cap the shaft was essential to avoid a catastrophic accident.
Trelissick West Portico
The West Portico at Trelissick was in need of repairs and renovation when it was discovered that the old steelwork supporting the structure was badly corroded.
