The Project
James Lockyer Associates undertake inspections and appraisals of a variety of buildings and facilities ranging from large military installations, to domestic properties and historic buildings for maintenance or conversion.
For all inspections and appraisals, we adopt a thorough and comprehensive approach to meet the inspection brief and collate the findings in a detailed report. Where required we will assess the need to provide reactive repairs or on-going maintenance to encourage the long term integrity of the asset.
