The Project
Having previously worked on an outbuilding on this site in conjunction with London-based Architect Richard Pain, we were asked to assist with the renovation of two apartments within the property.
As well as providing structural input, we also oversaw the tender process and project managed the construction phase, right down to co-ordinating the supply and installation of specialist products, mechanical and electrical services and finishes. The original Victorian properties have been transformed into high-tech, high-spec 21st Century apartments.
We were recently asked to co-ordinate and oversee subsequent renovation, which further improved the specification of both luxurious properties.
