The Project
Located in an enviable position overlooking Trevone Bay near Padstow, Homer Sandy was badly damaged by a fire in 2003, and we were called on to provide advice. Initial thoughts were to repair the damage to this single storey property, but an alternative solution to demolish and reconstruct the building was adopted, including the development of additional accommodation within a steel framed roofspace
Working from sketch details prepared by the client’s Architect, Thorne & Thorne, we completed the planning and detailed multi-disciplinary design and specification for the new building and external works, and arranged and awarded a contract to complete the works which we project managed throughout.
