The Project
This project involved demolition of an existing property in a prime coastal location on the north coast of Cornwall, and the construction of a large new building to meet the exacting requirements and standards of the client.
We took on the project following planning approval for the development, completed the detailed design and specification, and obtained Building Regulations approval.
We arranged and oversaw the demolition of the original building, and prepared contract documents and invited tenders for the new building.
In the event the works were project managed by the client and his agent Jonathon Trenouth, and we provided close support and attendance during the construction stage.
