ENGINEERS AND BUILDING DESIGN CONSULTANTS OFFERING A RANGE OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES IN THE BUILT ENVIRONMENT

WORKING IN THE SUPPLY CHAIN;
PROPERTY, ESTATE AND FACILITIES MANAGEMENT

As an organisation involved with property and facilities management, you depend upon a carefully selected team of professional advisers to provide expert support.

With a background encompassing professional services in building, civil and structural engineering, and experience working with and for the public sector, you can look on James Lockyer Associates as a partner in your management team and a dependable link in your supply chain; providing responsive advice and engineering services whenever they are needed.

We offer expert and constructive advice, including professional appraisals of buildings and structures, as well as feasibility studies, budgetary costing and assessments related to environmental issues and contaminated land, and guidance on planned preventative maintenance.

We provide considered solutions, working with clients and their agents to develop and manage a portfolio of projects to address identified needs, whether these be to upgrade buildings to meet modern standards, to enable new and more profitable uses, to restore features of historic buildings using traditional materials and crafts, or to provide new and improved facilities.

You will be in good company. We have established effective working relationships with PFI organisations and prime contractors for the national and regional contracts awarded by government departments and agencies and within other framework arrangements for major clients, often acting as a local agent and representative for those based outside the southwest.
